The candidate is then invited to a face-to-face identity check after passing the OSCE. They are asked to present certain original documents during this interview. This makes it possible for the applicant to become an NMC pin recipient and work as an NHS nurse.
English language proficiency

Documents necessary to work with the NHS
Multiple documents must be submitted at every stage of the hiring process in order to be forwarded directly to the NHS trust. These documents provide as proof of the safety and legal compliance necessary to practice nursing in the UK.
An NHS application form, address verification, a police check from the applicant's home country, references, etc. are a few examples of these documents. NHS requests these records so that the nurse applicant's record is backed up by the necessary evidence.
