MWT Education Consultancy will be conducting a free Seminar that will be held in Kottayam and Kochi to discuss the upcoming changes in the Nursing Registration process for Australia.
Participants will also understand the various opportunities and pathways for nurses to get registration in Australia.
The NMBA is proposing some significant changes in the assessment of internationally qualified nurses and midwives (IQNMs) to determine their competency to practice safely and competently in Australia. At present, applicants need to undertake a bridging program to determine their competency. Changes under the new model will include reducing the current eight assessment criteria to three criteria, therefore streamlining the assessment process.
Hosted by Mr Simon Schweigert, COO (International Education) HCI Australia, and Dr Geons Jose, Manager HCI Australia, the Seminar will be held at Kottayam and Kochi.
In Kottayam, the event will be held on the 27th October between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., at The Windsor Castle Kottayam. In Kochi, the event will be held on the 28th October between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Le Meridian, Kochi.
